Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in joining Teach For Australia’s Future Leaders Program (FLP). FLP is designed to support educators working in regional and remote schools to develop their leadership skills and capabilities. The program aims to develop the next generation of school leaders in these communities, improving access to high-quality teaching and learning for all students. Throughout the selection process, we want to get to know you. This written application consists of two parts. The first collects your details and your experiences and the second part focuses on some short essay questions. This is an opportunity for you to define your current strengths and areas of growth. We have limited places for the 2026 Cohort so we recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible for your best chance of securing a place in the program. The application will take approximately 30 to complete. You can save and return to the application at any time - Just ensure you have hit the save button before you close the window, otherwise you will lose your work. We encourage you to get in touch if you would like to discuss the application process or your individual circumstances. Please reach out to the team at info@futureleadersprogram.org.au. We wish you all the best with your application.
